Dalin Tzu Chi Hospital was built among farm fields. It is the only hospital with emergency treatment in the northern area of Chiayi County, Taiwan. It is also a “school” for Tzu Chi medical volunteers to discipline their minds. LINJIAN Fu-mei, one of the volunteers, had conflicts with her teammates WU Ai-yu, LIN Chun-zu , and JIANG Fang-lan, after she became their team leader. They learned from their conflicts and eventually became a team with love. As long as you are willing to learn, you can start when you put on the volunteer’s vest, regardless how old you are.
